The Body Movement will help you increase mobility and challenge the body's 'stabilizers' with the help of the instructor.

2008-2009: Member of the Japanese national snowboard cross team.
Currently based in Japan. With his experience of overcoming injuries, he shares his joy in challenging himself to overcome the barriers of his age as a conditioning trainer and professional snowboarder.

23 years of snowboarding experience (17 years professional snowboard cross) April 2020, opened a conditioning and training studio “Core Flex” in Ina City, Nagano Prefecture. Providing support for athletes (Japan's national paragliders, professional snowboarders, professional golfers, etc.), as well as guidance non athletes on how to properly use their bodies -such as daily posture, improving their physical conditions, and more.

Steps and procedures to experience The Body Movement

  1. Ask for available dates through email or phone call. (We do not take reservations through website at the moment.)
  2. Be at the reception 10min before your reservation time.
  3. Body counseling with the instructor in the studio.
  4. Experience The Body Movement.
  5. Q&A about your body.(About 10 minutes)
